In project management we keep focus on the overall targets contribution to the whole project and its participants. Through facilitating collaboration, responsibility and fulfillment of goals equality is high. At the same time project limits and demands are kept clear.
Today we are finalizing a participatory project on modern Agroforestry systems in Sweden and developing a local sustainability project with actors in our close municipalities.
